	March 1, 2003 Homeclick Names Michael Golden Chief Executive Officer (Edison, New Jersey - - March, 2003.) HomeClick (www.homeclick.com), a leading online retailer of home furnishings and home improvement products, has appointed veteran online retail and media executive Michael Golden as chief executive officer. Previously, Golden was HomeClick's executive vice president, responsible for the company's marketing and business development initiatives. Prior to joining HomeClick in 2002, Golden was managing director at the Golden Opportunities Fund, an early stage venture capital fund focused on Internet-related professional services companies. Earlier, he was executive vice president and first employee of Global Sports Interactive (now GSI Commerce, NASDAQ: GSIC), which became the #1 online retailer of sporting goods in just 10 months. Golden has also served as executive vice president, corporate development at Organic Online, where he started the company's New York office and founded its subsidiary Organic Media. Golden currently sits on the board of directors of Base2 Technologies, Inc, Worldly Investor, Odyssey Systems Inc. and is the chairman of Hoagie Experience, Inc. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pittsburgh and received a Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law.
