Seymour Holtzman - Chairman

As founder and Chief Executive Officer of Jewelcor, Inc. (NYSE) and Gruen Marketing Corporation (AMEX), Seymour Holtzman has managed public companies for over 30 years. He has been featured in Forbes, Business Week, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and many other national business publications.

Mr. Holtzman pioneered by leading a group of internationally prominent western businessmen to invest in eastern and central Europe. This group purchased the General Banking & Trust Co., Ltd., in Budapest, Hungary, which was the first bank in eastern Europe to be privatized.

Mr. Holtzman has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Jewelcor Management & Consulting, Inc., located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and Palm Beach, Florida; Central European Capitol Investors, Inc., an investment company operating in Eastern Europe; C.D. Peacock, Inc., five (5) preeminent retail jewelry stores in Chicago, Illinois; and S.A.Peck & Company, a retail and mail order jewelry company based in Chicago, Illinois; and Jewelcor Travel Services, Inc., located in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Holtzman has been an investor in the banking and thrift industry since 1972 and his actions in defense of stockholders rights have been chronicled in the The American Banker, The Washington Post and SNL Securities Monthly Market Report. Mr. Holtzman has been a featured speaker as a shareholder activist at Bank Director magazine's annual Acquire or be Acquired Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, which is attended by some 300 bank institutions.

Currently, Mr. Holtzman is Chairman of the Board of Casual Male Retail Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CMRG), the largest specialty retailer of big and tall men's apparel with over 470 locations. He is also Chairman of the Board of MM Companies, Inc. (OTCBB: MMCO).

A philanthropist, Mr. Holtzman has been honored as "Humanitarian of the Year" by the Cardinal Cushing School and Training Center in Boston, Massachusetts and "Man of the Year" by the B'nai B'rith Youth Services.

Mr. Holtzman served as the National Finance Co-Chairman for the Reagan-Bush Campaign. He was appointed by President Reagan to the United States Department of Commerce's Industry Policy Advisory Committee for trade policy matters. As an advocate of free trade, Mr. Holtzman was invited to advise the United States Senate Select Committee on international business and other economic matters.
Richard Goldstein

Richard I. Goldstein is the Executive Vice President and a Director of Current Communications Group, LLC ("Current"), a broadband over power line ("BPL") communications company providing next-generation "last mile" networks focused on supplying BPL services and developing BPL equipment through its subsidiaries. In addition to his role at Current, Richard is a Managing Director of Liberty Associated Partners, LP ("LAP"), an investment fund that makes private and public market investments in telecommunications, media, Internet, and related technology companies.

Prior to LAP, Mr. Goldstein was Vice President of The Associated Group, Inc. ("AGI"), a multi-billion dollar publicly traded owner and operator of communications-related business and assets. While at AGI, Mr. Goldstein assisted in establishing Teligent, Inc., of which he was a director, and was responsible for operating AGI's cellular telephone operations. Mr. Goldstein has counseled many early stage companies and is a member of the Board of Directors of Intellon Corporation.

Mr. Goldstein is a graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University and has received training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Management Information Systems
Robin Murray

Robin Murray joined the 3i US team in 2001. He focuses on internet and communications software and services and oversees 3i's Menlo Park office. Mr. Murray currently serves on the Board of Kabira, Mobile365, Peerflix and Sonim and leads 3i's investments in Omniture, Merchant E-Solutions and Vonage. Mr. Murray was previously an investor in Placeware acquired by Microsoft in 2003.

Mr. Murray brings experience in operational and strategic management gained at both startup and large international firms. Before joining 3i, Mr. Murray was part of the founding team, later serving as the COO and CFO, of iPIN - an enterprise software company for Wireless and Internet payments. Prior to IPIN, was CFO of UbiCom sold to THINK New Ideas (NASDAQ: THNK) in 1998. In Europe, Mr. Murray was an executive at J. Sainsbury PLC (FTSE-100), where he was responsible for business development and M&A. He also worked at Ernst & Young and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Murray holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Chemistry from Bristol University, England.

He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
David Silverman

David Silverman joined the 3i US team in 2000. He is focused on 3i's late stage efforts, with experience investing across all aspects of the Internet, software and semiconductor industries. Mr. Silverman currently sits on the Board of Directors of BlueLithium, Discera, Forte Design Systems and Speakeasy. He is also involved with 3i's investments in Omniture and Vonage.

Mr. Silverman represents 3i as a member of the Venture Capital Advisory Board for the Fabless Semiconductor Association.

Before joining the 3i team, Mr. Silverman spent three years as vice president in technology investment banking at Robertson Stephens. He has extensive transactional experience in equity corporate finance, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. Mr. Silverman also worked as a corporate lawyer at the law firms of Ropes & Gray and Sidley & Austin. Prior to graduate school, he served during the Bush Administration as an aide to the Counsel to the President, acting as a liaison to several Washington research institutes and to the Executive Office during the President's Deregulation Initiative.

Mr. Silverman earned his JD from Stanford Law School and graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College.
Peter Rokkos

Mr. Rokkos is General Counsel and Principal at Comcast Interactive Capital. Mr. Rokkos is involved in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, diligence review of potential targets, structuring and negotiating deal terms and advising portfolio companies. In addition, Peter oversees all legal aspects of CIC from investment formation and execution through portfolio management and realization. Previously, Mr. Rokkos was Vice President and Counsel of Lucent Venture Partners, the venture capital investment arm of Lucent Technologies, managing $300 million in equity investments in early-stage technology companies in high-growth communications areas such as optical, data and wireless networking, semiconductors, communications software, professional services and e-commerce, and serving as a director or board observer on a number of portfolio companies. Prior to that, Mr. Rokkos had been an associate in the New York office of Skadden Arps in their Mergers and Acquisitions group. Peter graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and also graduated with honors from the Boston University School of Law with a Juris Doctor.

Mr. Rokkos currently serves as a Director or Board Observer on a number of CIC investments including Home Décor Products, Giant Realm and Arbor Networks.
Jon Bernstein - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Bernstein brings 25 years of experience to HDP. Most recently, he served as President of Smith+Noble, the #1 catalog/online marketer and retailer of custom window treatments. S+N is a division of Cornerstone Brands, a $1bn. company of 7 catalog brands which was sold to IAC in 2005. Mr. Bernstein was part of the executive team at Cornerstone which successfully sold the business. Previously, he served as Chief Marketing Officer of Coach Inc., a leading luxury leather goods brand, where he helped the business achieve outstanding growth in sales and profit over a 6 year period. Mr. Bernstein began his career in marketing at Procter & Gamble, a leading global consumer goods company.

Mr. Bernstein holds a BA from New York University and received an MBA from Harvard.
