	Jon Bernstein - Chief Executive Officer Mr. Bernstein brings 25 years of experience to HDP. Most recently, he served as President of Smith+Noble, the #1 catalog/online marketer and retailer of custom window treatments. S+N is a division of Cornerstone Brands, a $1bn. company of 7 catalog brands which was sold to IAC in 2005. Mr. Bernstein was part of the executive team at Cornerstone which successfully sold the business. Previously, he served as Chief Marketing Officer of Coach Inc., a leading luxury leather goods brand, where he helped the business achieve outstanding growth in sales and profit over a 6 year period. Mr. Bernstein began his career in marketing at Procter & Gamble, a leading global consumer goods company. Mr. Bernstein holds a BA from New York University and received an MBA from Harvard.

	Michael D. Contino - Chief Operating Officer Michael D. Contino joined Home Décor Products in April 2007 in the role of Chief Operating Officer responsible for the daily operations of the company. Mr. Contino brings over 25 years of operations and technology experience in the catalog industry. Before joining Home Décor Products, he was Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Hanover Direct, Inc., a $400+mm cataloger based in Weehawken, NJ, where he served in various roles during his 11+ year tenure with the company. Prior to that he worked at Avon Fashions/Spiegel Inc., Purolator Courier Corporation and Raytheon Company/TRW, Inc. in a range of operational, technology, information systems, and fulfillment roles.

	John W. Swatek - Chief Financial Officer John W. Swatek joined Home Décor Products in June 2007 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Swatek has over 20 years of audit, finance, controller and treasury experience in a range of consumer-facing businesses. Before joining Home Décor Products, he was SVP - CFO and Treasurer for Hanover Direct Inc., a publicly traded multi-brands direct marketer of home furnishings and apparel with revenues over $420 million. Prior to that he was VP/Controller of Linens 'n Things. Additionally, he has served in finance and controller roles at Micro-Warehouse, Toys "R" Us, and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Swatek is a graduate of Lehigh University and is a certified public accountant.

	Jonathan S. Pearl - Chief Information Officer Jonathan S. Pearl joined Home Décor Products in February 2007 as Executive Vice President / Chief Information Officer with over 15 years of strategic information technology, operational and project planning experience. Most recently, Mr. Pearl served as a Managing Director in the Consulting & Information Solutions practice of RSM McGladrey, Inc. where he helped clients build business value through the creative and strategic use of information technology, business process re-design, management strategies and project management techniques. Mr. Pearl has led a variety of enterprise wide information technology projects including those involving the design and implementation of solutions involving both packaged and custom developed software solutions in a variety of industries including wholesale distribution, retail, e-commerce and financial services. Mr. Pearl received a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and is an active member of the American Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS) holding a Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) designation from APICS.

	Chuck Gartenhaus - Executive Vice President - Merchandising Chuck Gartenhaus joined the company March 2000 as one of the first employees at Home Décor Products. Over the 8 years at the company he has served in many key positions including VP Marketing, COO and GMM and was instrumental in the growth and success of the company. Before joining the company he was at Turboprice.com a leading e-tailer of electronics. Prior to that, he was a principle and founder of C & G Marketing, one of New Jerseys largest direct marketing firms. C & G Marketing was acquired by The Marketeer, the largest FSI Marketer in New Jersey. Mr Gartenhaus graduated BMG University.
