January 3, 2007 Home Décor Products Appoints Three Senior Executives The Company selects new Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel, Sr. Vice President of Advertising Partnerships and Vice President of Marketing EDISON, NJ - January 3, 2007 - Home Décor Products, Inc., a leading pure-play online retailer of kitchen and bath products, appliances, and related items for the home, today announced that it has appointed three executives to the positions of Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel, Sr. Vice President of Advertising Partnerships and Vice President of Marketing. David M. Waizer has been appointed as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel. Pamela Graham is the first to serve in the Company's new position of Sr. Vice President of Advertising Partnerships. Hope Wolman has been brought on to serve as the Company's Vice President of Marketing. "As the Company continues on a rapid rise in growth the need to expand our roster with additional seasoned industry veterans has become clear," said Michael Golden, CEO of Home Décor Products. "With such a competitive landscape in this industry we are very delighted to have these three individuals on board. It is evident to us that David, Pamela and Hope are the best at what they do and we are confident that they will all play a vital role in the Company's continued rise." David M. Waizer joins Home Décor Products as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel from the International and Commercial Law Department at Avaya Inc. At Avaya, Mr. Waizer served on the leadership teams of several Avaya business units and led negotiations with many of its top-tier Fortune 500 customers. Prior to his work at Avaya, Waizer practiced corporate law at the firms Day Pitney LLP and Drinker, Biddle & Reath, LLP. Mr. Waizer holds a B.S. degree in Finance from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and New York. Pamela Graham enters her position of Sr. Vice President of Advertising Partnerships with 17 years of combined consumer and ad sales marketing experience. Ms. Graham's past experience includes high level sales and consumer marketing positions within Discovery Communications, ABC and The Walt Disney Company. Most recently, Ms. Graham served for four years as the National Director of Ad Sales Marketing for Discovery Networks where she was responsible for, among other things, marketing the Discovery brand and cable network programming to clients and advertising agencies, and the production of all Upfront Ad Sales presentations. In a previous assignment with Discovery Communications she held the title of Director of Interactive Ad Sales Marketing and Partnerships for Discovery.com, and was the first to serve in this role. Ms. Graham graduated from the University of Mary Washington with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Hope Wolman brings over 12 years of marketing expertise to her new position as Vice President of Marketing for Home Décor Products. She has held senior marketing and development positions at various multi-channel retailers including: Home Shopping Network, Limited Brands, WeddingChannel.com, and dELiA*s, Inc. Additionally, she worked at the Joffrey Ballet, where she was responsible for all marketing, subscription campaigns, ticket sales, and public relations. While there, Wolman led a complete rebranding effort increasing awareness of the company in Chicago, a redesign of all customer communications and website, and overhaul of ticket pricing and subscription strategy. Ms. Wolman is a graduate of Harvard College, and received her MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
