	February 20, 2007 Home Décor Products Appoints Two Senior Executives The Company selects new President for Cliquidate.com and Executive Vice President/Chief Information Officer for Home Décor Products EDISON, NJ - February 20, 2007 - Home Décor Products, Inc., a leading pure-play online retailer of kitchen and bath products, appliances, and related items for the home, today announced that it has appointed two executives to the positions of President of Cliquidate.com and Executive Vice President /Chief Information Officer for Home Décor Products. "As the Company continues on a rapid rise in growth the need to expand our roster with additional seasoned industry veterans has become clear," said Michael Golden, CEO of Home Décor Products. "With such a competitive landscape in this industry we are very delighted to have these two individuals on board." Larry Regan joins Home Décor Products as President of Cliquidate.com. Mr. Regan joins Cliquidate.com, an online marketplace where consumers are provided a comprehensive solution for the online purchase of surplus, closeouts and discontinued product. Mr. Regan brings 20 years of financial operations and management experience in the technology and hospitality industries. Prior to joining Home Décor Products, he served as V.P. Finance for J.P. Barry Hospitality, a NJ based hotel-company owned by K. Hovnanian. Mr. Regan’s past experience was as Corporate Controller for Emerald Hotels and included The Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, Ca, a Westin Hotel. Mr. Regan received a BS in Business Administration from Denver University. Jonathan S. Pearl joins Home Décor Products as Executive Vice President /Chief Information Officer. Mr. Pearl joins Home Décor Products with over 13 years of strategic information technology, operational and project planning experience. Most recently, Mr. Pearl served as a Managing Director in the Consulting & Information Solutions practice of RSM McGladrey, Inc. where he helped clients build business value through the creative and strategic use of information technology, business process re-design, management strategies and project management techniques. Mr. Pearl has led a variety of enterprise wide information technology projects including those involving the design and implementation of solutions involving both packaged and custom developed software solutions in a variety of industries including wholesale distribution, retail, e-commerce and financial services. Mr. Pearl received a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and is an active member of the American Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS) holding a Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM) designation from APICS.
