	June 19, 2007 Home Décor Products Appoints Chief Financial Officer The Company announces John W. Swatek to join in the new role of CFO EDISON, NJ - June 19, 2007 - Home Décor Products, Inc., a leading pure-play online retailer of kitchen and bath products, appliances, and related items for the home, today announced that John W. Swatek will join the company in the role of Chief Financial Officer responsible for the finances of the company. "With John’s joining us, we have completed a twelve-month process of building our senior management team," said company CEO Michael Golden. "He will lead his group and the company to a best-practices finance organization, and provide the forecasting and planning necessary to ensure we grow profitably." Mr. Swatek has over 20 years of audit, finance, controller and treasury experience in a range of consumer-facing businesses. Before joining Home Décor Products, he was SVP - CFO and Treasurer for Hanover Direct Inc., a publicly traded multi-brands direct marketer of home furnishings and apparel with revenues over $420 million. Prior to that he was VP/Controller of Linens 'n Things. Additionally, he has served in finance and controller roles at Micro-Warehouse, Toys “R” Us, and Arthur Andersen.
